Anthea Leonard is the creative genius behind iconic Sydney events brand Sweet Art.

For the past 25 years Anthea and her team have been creating edible sculptures, reinventing the humble cake to become event stealing works for art. Technology plays an important role in every aspect of her business, from designing graphics to researching pantone colours.
